Neuro-urology is an interdisciplinary field addressing urinary disorders resulting from neurological dysfunctions. The rapid increase in narrative and systematic reviews in this area highlights the need to evaluate research trends and the quality of evidence synthesis. This study presents key findings from a scientometric analysis of relevant review articles published between 2020 and 2024 and indexed in the Scopus database. The results indicate that while narrative reviews remain numerically dominant, systematic reviews are growing at a faster rate and demonstrate greater scientific impact. The United States, China, and the United Kingdom were the leading contributors, and international collaboration was associated with higher citation rates. However, limited adherence to reporting guidelines such as PRISMA and minimal participation from low- and middle-income countries were the main challenges. These findings underscore the importance of improving methodological rigor, transparency, and equitable global collaboration in future review articles in the field of neuro-urology.
